TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. B Four Flying, Inc. is a privately owned Kansas corporation bound by the laws of Kansas, and is an FAA
licensed Air Carrier, bound by the regulations and oversight of the FAA.
2. B Four Flying, Inc. is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter.
3. Customer assumes full financial liability for any damage to the aircraft during the duration
of booking by them or any members of their party. In the event a Customer soils an aircraft
beyond the ability of the Pilot to clean it in a reasonable period of time, a sanitation
fee of $200.00 will be applied.
4. Alcohol consumption by a Guest under the age of 21 or drug use by any Guest during
an aircraft charter, or as a passenger on any of our aircraft is strictly prohibited by law and will result in the
immediate termination of the booking.
5. Our Pilots have the right to terminate an aircraft charter or lesson without refund if there
is blatant indiscretion on the part of the Customer or any member of their party.
6. Smoking is prohibited inside or within 50 feet of any aircraft.
7. Additional fees will be applied for flight time in excess of the agreed upon or quoted time.
8. Not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by traffic, inclement weather, unsafe airport
conditions or the equivalent thereof.
9. Not responsible for articles left in an aircraft.
10. Aircraft Rental and Flight Instruction are also subject to additional rules and requirements. You will
have an opportunity to read and agree to those terms upon first renting or receiving flight instruction from
B Four Flying, Inc.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Consumables such as oil may be returned unopened for a full refund.
Books and study materials may be returned for a full refund within 30 days with proof of purchase.
No refunds on charts or other dated materials.
Once a Charter booking has been made, a cancellation fee of 20% of the quoted
total estimated charges will apply. If you fail to notify us of the cancellation (no show), we will charge
you 30% of the quoted total estimated charges plus the actual flight time to relocate the
aircraft, if necessary.
Rental and Instruction flights must be cancelled at least 4 hours before your scheduled departure time.
Failure to notify B Four Flying, Inc. of your cancellation (a no show) will result in a charge of $45.00 for
solo, rental flights, or ground instruction, and $65.00 for flight instruction. If you have reserved an
aircraft for a full day (at least 6 hours), the hour and a half (1 1/2) minimum will apply.
PRIVACY POLICY
The information we receive from you may be used by us to help process or complete a transaction, or to
help improve our website and/or guest experience. By understanding our guests and their needs, we will be
able to develop new services that better serve them.
1. Consent.
When you book a reservation for a trip, or are using or have used B Four Flying, Inc.
Services, you agree to be bound by the Policies of B Four Flying, Inc., including this Privacy Policy. This
Privacy Policy also addresses activities from our servers. Other sites (including those that we link to
and third party sites or services which we co-brand) may have their own policies, which we do not control,
and thus are not addressed or controlled by this policy.
2. Personal Information.
"Personal Information" is information that would allow someone to identify or contact you,
including, for example, your full name, address, telephone number, Social Security number, or email address.
It also may include information about you (for example, your preferences) if that information is linked to
information that may allow someone to identify or contact you. Personal Information does not include
aggregated information that, by itself, does not permit the identification of individual persons (for
example, statistics about how many persons visited our web site last month).

3. What Personal Information We Collect.
We may collect Personal Information directly or indirectly from our exchanges with you, written and/or oral,
that may include personally identifiable information such as names, addresses, birth dates, occupations,
credit information, personal tastes or background information and/or billing and payment information.
Most of the time, this information is collected on purpose, but only to the extent necessary to conduct
business with you. Sometimes, we will collect Personal Information for the purpose of enhancing your
transportation experience.
4. Who is Collecting the Personal Information.
B Four Flying, Inc., which owns and operates the B Four Flying, Inc. web site, is
the company that collects Personal Information from you. Our email address is

5. Our Use of your Personal Information.
We use your Personal Information to provide you with transportation that is tailored specifically to your
needs. We also use your Personal Information to provide you with information that may be of interest to you,
to personalize your trip in accordance with your requests or your interests, or to contact you for business
reasons. We also may use Personal Information to improve our web site.
We use your information on an aggregated basis to do such things as operate our site, enhance our site,
negotiate with vendors, and determine the types of aircraft and enhancements in which our
Customers are interested.
6. Disclosure of your Personal Information.
B Four Flying, Inc. Pilots must sign a confidentiality agreement as part of their employment.
This agreement covers, among other things, any shared or overheard information or dealings that may arise
during your transportation with us. B Four Flying, Inc. will not sell your Personal Information to third
parties. We may disclose aggregated information about our Customers but that information contains no
Personal Information.
Although your privacy is very important to us, due to legal rules beyond our control, we cannot fully ensure
that your private communications and other Personal Information will not be disclosed to third parties. For
example, we may be forced to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain
circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications.
Additionally, in the unlikely event we need to investigate or resolve possible problems or inquiries, we
can, and you authorize us to, disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government
officials as we are required by law.
7. Privacy Protections for Children.
In order to protect the privacy interests of younger persons, we do not provide our Services to children
under the age of 16 unless accompanied by or with the express written consent of a responsible
adult.
8. Choices you have regarding the Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Your Personal Information.
You can limit the collection and use of different elements of your Personal Information by not participating
in those activities in which we collect Personal Information, as stated in Section 1. You may choose to
discontinue the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information by discontinuing your use of B
Four Flying, Inc. Services.
9. Correcting, Updating and Deleting Personal Information.
If you wish to delete your Personal Information, you may request that we do so by contacting us. Even though
we may be able to delete certain aspects of your Personal Information, we must retain some Personal
Information while your account is still active. However, even if a Guest requests that we delete or change
Personal Information, that Personal Information may still be stored on other databases (including those kept
for archival purposes).
We hope this Policy clarifies our procedures regarding your Personal Information. We may amend this policy
at any time by posting the amended version on our web site. We at B Four Flying, Inc. encourage you to learn
as much as you can about your privacy on the Internet and otherwise.
